Qualification: FNS40217 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
Duration: 12 – 18 months
This nationally recognised online bookkeeping course will provide you with financial skills, knowledge and confidence in accounts and bookkeeping management for the modern world.
The course includes setting up and managing accounting statements and cloud computing software, preparing financial statements and reports, and payroll. As well as practical training in bookkeeping, payroll, business activity statement (BAS) and technology, including preparing and lodging business and instalment activity statements, and providing advice or dealing with the Commissioner on behalf of a taxpayer in relation to activity statements. This online accounting course meets the registration requirements to provide BAS services.
You will also be eligible for student membership with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) to help prepare you for future success.

Self-paced learning gives you the flexibility to fit study around your life. We understand life doesn’t always go to plan. You can apply for extensions for up to 6 months (3 months per extension) if needed. See more details in our full FAQs.
Q. What if the course end up not being right for me?
If you are less than half way through your enrolment period and it’s not working out, you can opt-out of the second half and reduce your course fee liability to 50% of the total course fee. Refer to the Student Agreement for full terms and conditions.
